The brainchild of Francine Zana, Exclusive Hospitality Concepts (EHC) was created to cater for the hospitality interests of establishments and privately owed homes. These institutions do not necessarily have the resources of major hotel groups but aim to achieve high standards and operations. The hospitality industry is vociferous regarding the fact that it is attitude that determines ability and that the technical aspects can be taught to the person who is willing to learn and grow. EHC aims to work with hotels and home owners who believe in this thought process and train their staff to meet the required standards. Simply defined, hospitality is the provision of shelter, food and beverage to a guest. It is the way in which these basic needs are provided that sets the difference between what makes a guest’s experience ordinary and exceptional.
